STUDENT EXPERIENCE

During the six months of learning and living in the Bay Area, home to over 7.8 million people, students might work close to some of the world’s tallest structures while living in a 2 to 4 story neighborhood and visiting redwood forests and broad ocean beaches on the weekend, all within 45 minutes of one another.  Good public transportation in San Francisco plus commuter trains and ferries means cars are not needed for access to many different neighborhoods, parks, and regional open spaces. The combined living and learning experience prepare students for a walkable and transit-oriented urban future in most global metropolises.  Students capture and share experiences through videos and Instagram posts.
